Your lottery shop,
on your phone
LotteryKadai keeps a Kerala lottery agent's whole day in order — stock for every draw, tickets sold, khata pending, distributor dues, and the prize money the results owe you.
LotteryKadai does not sell lottery tickets. It is a book-keeping tool for licensed agents and their staff — nothing is sold to the public through this app.
What it does
Everything the counter needs, nothing it doesn't
Built around how a Kerala lottery shop actually runs: stock arrives from a distributor, tickets go out through the day, the result drops at three, and the money has to add up by night.
Stock, per draw
Add a book, a full set, a line set or a loose single by scanning or typing one ticket. The app expands the range for you and shows sold against left on every card.
Scan to sell
Point the camera at the ticket. Sell a single, a quarter, a half, a full set or a whole book — the amount fills itself in, and you can undo the sale the same day if you keyed it wrong.
Khata that remembers
Pick the customer from your phone contacts and the pending amount follows them. One ledger per number per shop, opening dues from before the app included, and a Collect button when they pay.
Distributor accounts
Wholesale rate and commission per prize rank, saved per lottery. Every purchase adds to what you owe; every payment brings it down. Opening balances carry over from your old book.
Prizes matched for you
When the official result is published, every ticket you hold is checked — sold and unsold both — the commission is worked out, and your phone tells you what won before a customer does.
Your own result sheet
Share the full prize list as an image or PDF with your shop name, place and phone on it — made on the phone, ready for the WhatsApp groups the minute the result is out.
Accounts, day to month
Collections, purchases, commission, prize payouts and shop expenses in one net figure for today, this week, this month or any range you pick. Per-draw reports too.
Staff, with limits
Invite a helper by mobile number and tick exactly what they may do — sell, add stock, see money, pay prizes. Pause or remove them any day; the sales they made stay on the books.
Check any number
A walk-in asks whether their ticket won. Scan it against the official result — you get the prize rank and amount, whether or not the ticket ever came through your shop.
A day at the shop
Three at the draw, done by night
Four moments, and the app is in each of them.
-
Morning — stock in
Scan the first ticket of the book. Choose the distributor, mark it paid or on credit, confirm. The wholesale total and what you owe update together.
-
Through the day — sell
Scan, pick single or set, take the money. Short payment? Attach the customer and it goes to their khata instead of getting lost.
-
Evening — the result
The result is read from the official publication and matched against your stock. Winning tickets turn gold, the commission is computed, and a notification lands on every phone in the shop.
-
Night — close the day
Prize claims marked, expenses added, leftovers removed. Selling and corrections stay open till midnight — or the next day, if you set it that way.
Owner and staff
Let them sell without showing them the money
Invite staff by mobile number. Each permission is a separate tick, and what they cannot do simply isn't on their screen.

- One number, many shops. Own one and help at another — the app opens on a shop list, never straight into the wrong shop.
- Contacts stay yours. Customer names come from the address book on each phone; the shop only stores the number and a label.
- Nothing gets deleted behind you. Remove a staff member and their sales stay in the books.

Prices are in Indian rupees (GST extra) and include nothing extra — no commission on your sales, no cut of your prizes. Payments are prepaid and collected through our payment gateway; there is no auto-debit and no mandate on your bank account. LotteryKadai is a book-keeping app. It does not sell lottery tickets, take bets, run a lottery or handle prize money. Tickets are bought and sold at your counter, exactly as before.
It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Kerala State Lotteries Department or the Government of Kerala. Results shown in the app are read from official publications for your convenience; the Government Gazette remains the only authority. Always verify against the Gazette before paying a prize.
Straight answers
What this app is — and what it isn't
Lottery is a regulated business, so we would rather over-explain than let anyone assume the wrong thing.
- For licensed agents and their staff, to manage stock and books that already exist on paper.
- No online sales, no online play. There is no way to buy a ticket through LotteryKadai.
- Results are a convenience, not a certificate. Delays and corrections happen; the Gazette wins.
- Your numbers stay in your shop. Staff of one shop never see another shop's stock, khata or accounts.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can I sell tickets to customers through the app?
No. LotteryKadai records a sale you have already made at your counter so that your stock, khata and accounts stay correct. There is no online ticket sale, no payment collection from customers, and no way for a member of the public to buy anything here.
Where do the results come from?
They are read from the official Kerala State Lotteries result publication after the draw and stored as published. If the publication is late or a correction is issued, the app follows it. For anything that involves paying money, check the Government Gazette — it is the only official record.
Is it in Malayalam?
Yes. മലയാളം and English, chosen on the first screen and switchable at any time from More → Language. Rupee amounts and ticket numbers stay in the format you are used to reading.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. The shop moves to the Free plan, staff accounts are paused and a monthly cap applies to new tickets — your existing stock, khata, accounts and history remain exactly as they are, and come back in full when you subscribe again.
Does it work if the internet drops?
You can read the last screen you loaded, but adding stock, marking a sale or collecting khata needs a connection — that is how two phones in the same shop stay in agreement about what is left.
Why does it ask for my contacts?
Only so you can pick a customer by name instead of typing a number at the counter. The selection happens on your phone; the shop's records keep the 10-digit number and a name label. You can skip the permission and type the number yourself. Details are in the privacy policy.
I run two shops. Do I need two accounts?
No. One mobile number can own or work at several shops, and each shop keeps its own stock, khata, staff and plan. You pick the shop when you open the app.
Bring the shop book onto the phone
Sign in with your mobile number, create your shop, and add today's stock. The 30-day trial starts the moment the shop is created — no payment details asked for.
